Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across luxury hospitality, wellness, and retreat environments throughout Europe, South East Asia, the Middle East, and the United States — from leading spa and wellness operations within Four Seasons and Six Senses resorts in New York and Mykonos, to advising wellness and retreat spaces in Abu Dhabi and Koh Samui, to personally designing and facilitating more than 40 retreats internationally.

What makes my perspective unique is that I deeply understand both sides of the experience.

I understand what retreat leaders quietly look for when choosing a venue for their groups — not only aesthetically, but operationally, emotionally, and energetically. At the same time, I understand the realities hospitality teams and boutique resorts navigate behind the scenes when trying to position themselves within the retreat market.

Over the years, I began noticing that many beautiful properties were still struggling to fully connect with retreat leaders. Not because the spaces lacked quality, but because small details within the guest experience, retreat flow, communication, and overall perception were quietly affecting trust and booking confidence.

This work was born from that understanding.

Today, I help boutique resorts and wellness spaces see their property through the eyes of retreat leaders and guests — identifying the subtle refinements that can help a venue feel more aligned, retreat-ready, and easier to confidently choose for meaningful group experiences.
